SPECIFIC ISSUE (DIAGNOSTIC TESTING)

This is done as part of an investigation, following a specific event/incident. The testing is very specific and directly focusing on a particular event/incident to determine the involvement of specific individuals. E.g. Theft, fraudulent activity, document manipulation, physical altercations, etc.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING

This test is done as part of a screening/selection process before employing a new employee. The consequences of bringing the wrong person into an organization can be devastating - fortunately with a Pre-Employment test you can detect/verify past undetected dishonesty, as well as undisclosed gambling or other addictions and the real reasons for leaving previous employment. We use it to verify the accuracy of an applicant’s claims on their C.V, as well as to discover any possible criminal history or negative behaviour - past or present - that may potentially affect your company.

PERIODIC/
RANDOM SCREENING

Done as a preventative measure, this test is particularly administered where employees are placed in a position of trust, i.e. security guards, cleaning staff, cashiers etc. This test can be effective as a deterrent to abhorrent behaviour and acts as an early warning system for potential risks. This can also be used before promoting somebody into a greater position of trust.
